Professional Services Agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. to Complete Redwood <br />City Ferry Financial Feasibility Study and Cost -Benefit & Economic Impact <br />Analysis <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve, and authorize City Manager to execute, the professional <br />services agreement with CDM Smith, Inc. for transportation planning, financial <br />feasibility and economic analysis services related to the Redwood City Ferry <br />Project in the amount of $457,925 and authorize the City Manager to increase <br />the agreement amount, if necessary, up to 10% not to exceed $503,718. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.D. Purchase of prefabricated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant <br />restroom facility from the Public Restroom Company for the Magical Bridge <br />Playground project at Red Morton Park in the amount of $226,357 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to purchase a pre- <br />fabricated ADA restroom facility for Red Morton Park in the amount of <br />$226,357 from the Public Restroom Company through a government <br />cooperative purchasing program; and <br />2. Appropriate $226,357 from the Park Impact Fee Fund towards acquisition of <br />a prefabricated ADA restroom facility. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 2. Replacement or reconstruction and Class 3. New <br />Construction or Conversion of Small Structures <br />6.E. Single Audit Report and other Independent Auditor's Reports for the Fiscal <br />Year Ended June 30, 2018 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, accept the City's Single Audit Report and other Independent <br />Auditor's Reports for the Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2018. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.F.
