Necessary staff members have ICC, NPSI, and CASp certification. A CASp <br />certified Team Leader will be involved with the project and field evaluations. The project team is organized to <br />provide a representation of skills needed to accomplish the project objectives. In addition, teams that have <br />worked together previously will be assigned to the City of Redwood City project. Following are descriptions of <br />key team members' qualifications and their assigned roles. Full resumes of key staff are included as an <br />appendix. DAC does not use subcontractors. <br />Barbara Thorpe, M.N., LOT <br />DAC Project Manager <br />As DAC Project Manager, Barbara will coordinate activities and schedules and report to the City's Project <br />Manager or designee. Barbara will serve in the leadership role regarding the ADA Self-evaluation of programs, <br />services, activities and events along with the review of policies and procedures.
