Council may elect not to approve the purchase of the public restroom.
2. Council may direct staff to conduct a separate competitive bid process to purchase restroom.
Conducting a separate competitive bid process would likely not result in any cost savings
because the Public Procurement Authority's process included the same criteria and
requirements that a Redwood City competitive bid requires but has the benefit of volume
pricing.
ATTACHMENTS
Attachment A: City of Los Angeles RFQ
Attachment B: City of Los Angeles Executed Contract
Attachment C: Professional Services Agreement between City and Public Restroom Company
REPORT PREPARED BY:
Claudia Olalla, Parks Landscape Designer
colaIla@redwoodcity.org
650-780-7379
APPROVED BY:
Chris Beth, Parks and Recreation Director
Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Manager
City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore
88
