The figures identified for the Initial Study related to the project location and description, <br />visual setting, and transportation analysis will be used in the Focused EIR. In addition, <br />figures illustrating the build alternatives may be included if determined to be necessary <br />to understanding the differences from the proposed project. <br />AECOM will revise the draft EIR based on consolidated City and applicant comments on <br />the Draft EIR. In response to consolidated City comments on the Screencheck Draft EIR, <br />AECOM will provide limited revisions that do not require significant rework or additional <br />analysis. A change to the project description after finalization in Task 1 may warrant <br />revisions to this scope of work and budget. The City will be responsible for Notice of <br />Availability (NOA) and Notice of Completion (NOC) preparation and distribution to <br />interested parties; however, AECOM will file the NOC (and copies of the Draft EIR) with <br />the State Clearinghouse and conduct all other required agency noticing. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Administrative Draft Focused EIR: electronic copy of document in MSWord. <br />• Screencheck Draft Focused EIR: electronic copy of document in pdf. <br />• Final Draft Focused EIR: 2 hard copies and 1 CD-ROM with electronic copy of <br />document in pdf to the City. An additional 15 hard copies will also be produced for <br />the State Clearinghouse. <br />• Attendance at one public meeting to receive comments on the Draft Focused EIR. <br />Task 5: Final EIR and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program <br />AECOM will obtain all comments on the Draft EIR from the City and bracket discrete <br />comments that require a response. Responses will be prepared for each substantive <br />comment. Changes to the text or graphics as a result of responses to comments or as <br />a result of City staff -initiated changes will be included as a separate section of the Final <br />EIR. Text to be deleted will be shown with "strikethrough" and new text will be shown <br />with "underlines."
