The following describes AECOM's proposed scope of work for the optional tasks,
followed by the proposed schedule and cost for each task. Each of the following
tasks shall be at the option of the City.
Task A- Public Meetinas
At the City's request AECOM will attend and assist with additional public meetings at
a total maximum cost of $2,100 per meeting. This optional task includes preparation
and presentation of materials related to the ongoing CEQA efforts and attendance
by the Project Manager (Steven Smith) and/or Deputy Project Manager (Florentina
Craciun). Alternatively, a technical resource specialist or the Project Director may
attend in lieu of either the Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager, if requested
or appropriate for the meeting subject matter.
Tack B - Historical Resources Inventory and Evaluation Report
AECOM has identified a total of nine historic -age properties within the proposed
project site that should be evaluated. AECOM would augment the scope of work in
Exhibit A to provide analysis of these properties (45 years and older) within the
project footprint to determine if they meet the criteria as historical resources for the
purposes of CEQA. AECOM is aware that Perry's Feed building at 1401 Main
Street is a non -designated historic resource and a Historic Report has been
prepared by the applicant, with AECOM will peer review as previously noted, and
does not require inventory or evaluation as part of this effort.
Task 8.1— Project Management
The project management task includes time for coordination with the City, senior
review of documents, and incorporation of the products outlined below into the
Initial Study and EIR.
Task 8.2 — Desktop Site Specific Research
An AECOM architectural historian, who meets the Secretary of the Interior's
Professional Qualifications Standards for work in Architectural History and History,
will undertake desktop -level site-specific research of the nine historic -age
properties in the project footprint to develop historical contexts in which to
evaluate them against State and local historic register evaluation criteria as
potential historical resources for CEQA. Research will include review of materials
available online including, but not limited to:
• Historic newspapers, journals, and other publications;
• Historic aerial photographs and maps;
• Sources available through the California State Library;
Local repository digital collections;
City of Redwood City databases with built environment information; and
Page 31 of 37
ATFY/AGR/2018.270/AECOM PSA
REV: 12-07-18 PR
