• other City documents as provided <br />AECOM will conduct the records search at the Northwest Information Center for <br />both built environment and archaeology resources in support of the data collection <br />for the technical report and IS/EIR. <br />Task B.3 —Fieldwork and Local Research <br />Two AECOM architectural historians that meet the Secretary of the Interior's <br />Professional Qualifications Standards for work in Architectural History and History <br />will conduct a single one day site visit to the project site to record the nine historic - <br />age properties. The architectural historians will take detailed photographs and <br />notes of the properties. Access into the interiors of the properties is not required. <br />On the same day as the fieldwork, the architectural historians will undertake local <br />research to develop historical contexts to evaluate the properties against state and <br />local historic register evaluation criteria. Local research will include review of <br />various materials in the Karl A. Vollmayer Local History Room at the Redwood City <br />Downtown Library including historic photographs, maps, aerials, directories, and <br />other relevant sources of information. <br />Task B.4 — Technical Report <br />AECOM architectural historians will prepare a historical resource inventory and <br />evaluation report that would include at a minimum: an introduction with project <br />description, fieldwork and methodology, historical contexts, description of historic - <br />age properties under study, evaluations for historic significance and assessment of <br />historic integrity, findings and conclusions, bibliography, preparer's qualifications, <br />and relevant mapping. <br />If historic -age properties in the project site are found to meet the eligibility <br />requirements as historical resources for CEQA, AECOM will identify the character - <br />defining features and boundaries of the resources in order to inform the impacts <br />analysis, development of potential feasible alternatives, and other aspects of the <br />project regarding historical resources in the CEQA document. <br />Review cycles of deliverables (draft, draft to final) will be limited to two rounds by City <br />staff. This task does not include efforts required to respond to comments by other <br />agencies or groups. Deliverables will be limited to one technical report as an <br />electronic copy in MS Word and PDF formats provided to the City. <br />Optional Task B.5 — DPR 523 forms <br />To assist the City with ongoing survey and identification of historic resources, as an <br />optional task AECOM at the request of the City, shall prepare a 2 -page Department <br />of Parks and Recreation (DPR) 523 set of forms with a Primary sheet, and a Building, <br />Structure and Object sheet for each of the historic -age properties within the project <br />footprint. These standardized forms are already used by the City to support the <br />ongoing efforts to update the Historic Resources Inventory.
