I would rate this as a 2. This area is already extremely congested - I'm curious about how the urban <br />infrastructure would support such a development. I'm also curious as to what types of jobs would be <br />provided in this structure - I assume tech or other positions that support people moving to Redwood <br />City and not those that already reside here. <br />1. Until there is a more efficient traffic flow plan for the broadway/Woodside/101 area, it would be <br />madness to add to the congestion by adding more workers and cars to that area. <br />1 no more development until the services and roads are upgraded to support the new density. <br />I am concerned about overdevelopment in general and its impact on the environment from greater <br />strain on water resources, increased pollution, not to mention the stresses of infrastructure. The <br />intersection of 101 and Woodside is troublesome most of the time and impossible during the morning <br />and evening commute times. <br />1Traffic on Woodside Rd is already very heavy! What about public transpirtation to the site?I'd say we <br />need more affordable housing than offices. <br />1 not enough parking and that area will be a nightmare for drivers on101 enough already <br />1- 1 am not opposed to this project but just the relentless over building that is plaguing PWC. Just slow <br />down. Let our infrastructure catch up before bringing 5000 more workers into our little city. <br />1 -way too large and in a flood plain. <br />1 The city has a General Plan and should follow it. This proposal needs much more study & community <br />input <br />1= I strongly oppose this project.Very, very strongly oppose. Affordable housing should be saved at all <br />costs and what the RWC City Council is doing in that area is as good as Criminal. They will <br />point to millions of dollars they are'giving' the City. The vast majority of these monies are the impact <br />
