If the developers expand green space and support the local youth organizations that sail, row, and learn out of the area, AND traffic, parking and water concerns are addressed, I am in support. Otherwise, I oppose. +1 3: 1 support the project, but only AFTER the Woodide Rd/101 interchange is redone/ improved. +11 3. I'm still not seeing the community benefits. Every time there is an open house I expect to see some kind of change or evidence of listening and I see no changes. It would be nice to see at least some proposals on things you are considering changing and get for feedback, but nope. It's the same and then the outreach box is checked. Real outreach includes listening and demonstrating you are listening. That said I do think the project will bring some needed additional class A office space to the 101 corridor. I'd like to see a bit more thought on the impacts to community. 3. I'm for it but they need to mitigate traffic. Perhaps turning some smaller one lane roads into busier roads? Add bike lanes! Ensure we're actually getting funding (for the city, not for the pockets of investors or city council). 3. more worried about the 101/84 interchange congestion, it is a mess.
