The maintenance bond is a <br />warranty in the event any of the improvements fail within a one-year period. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As stated in the September 21, 2015 staff report to the City Council regarding approval of the Parcel Map <br />and related agreements, the division of land into four or fewer parcels is categorically exempt from the <br />provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (Article 19, Section 15315). The construction of one <br />single family home per lot is also categorically exempt (Article 19, Section 15303). <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Public Notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 <br />hours prior to the meeting. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose not to accept the construction improvements and release bonds.
