The additional studies, <br />outreach, and detailed design drawings outlined in Table 1 above will be funded separately through CIP <br />funds and grants, consistent with the RWCmoves prioritization analysis. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />The Bike & Ped Safety Improvement Study has been reviewed with respect to applicability of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title <br />14, Sections 15000 et seq.).
