Staff is implementing a communications plan to <br />educate tenants and property owners about the City's new <br />requirements including a webpage, social media posts and a mailer. <br />Implement new guidelines for the use of affordable housing funds (CD) <br />The City Council adopted the Affordable Housing Fund Guidelines in <br />June 2018 and implementation is ongoing. <br />Implement the City's new inclusionary housing ordinance (CD) <br />Staff is actively implementing the inclusionary housing ordinance.
