R 1: walking and biking are fine, but almost all the plans so severely affect auto traffic so much <br />that it will likely create road -rage type issues. Improving bike lanes is <br />not a priority! <br />+z why not use a less congested byway for bikes and peds? isn't it ok to say, "bikes not <br />recommended" for some roadways? <br />+2 1. There are other repairs that need more attention, i.e. repainting lanes on Farm Hill and <br />Jefferson so we can actually see them! They're barely visiole. <br />+2 2 how long will the improvements take? How will they be paid for?
