By Motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment to Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Redwood City Hotels, LLC (Attachment 1); <br />2. By Motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the first amendment to Landscape <br />Maintenance Agreement with Redwood City Hotels, LLC (Attachment 2); and <br />3. Adopt a Resolution summarily vacating the Bicycle and Pedestrian Easement and accepting a new <br />Public Access Easement located on the property having the address 600 Bair Island Road (Attachment 3). <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Economic Development <br />BACKGROUND <br />On February 9, 2015, the City Council approved the landscape maintenance agreement and stormwater <br />treatment measures maintenance agreement for the project at 600 Bair Island Road, Courtyard Marriott, <br />a 5 -story 177 -unit hotel, which is within the Peninsula Park Precise Plan Area. During the construction of <br />the development some of the improvements were modified to coincide with design changes for the <br />adjacent Bair Island Storm Drain Pump Station Project. <br />The developer requested modifications to the pedestrian path and adjacent stormwater improvements, <br />which were acceptable to City staff.
