Deliverables: • Project cost estimates • Phased CIPS, including maps and descriptions of recommended projects • Meeting agenda, presentation materials, and minutes TASK 10 - PREPARE MASTER PLAN REPORT Subtask 10.1 - Prepare Draft Report The Consultant will incorporate the findings and recommendations of the project into a Sewer System Master Plan report. The report will document study assumptions and methodology, recommended design and performance criteria, model results, approach for capacity enhancement and 1/1 control, and the recommended CIP. The appendices to the report will include the TMs prepared during the course of the study and other pertinent backup data (e.g., model results) that support the plan. The Consultant will prepare a draft master plan report for the City's review. Five (5) copies of the draft report will be submitted. Subtask 10.2 - Meeting with Selected City Staff The Consultant will meet with City staff to receive comments on the Draft report. Subtask 10.3 - Prepare Final Report The Consultant will incorporate City's comments on the draft report into the Final Master Plan Report. Five (5) hard copies of the final report will be submitted. The Consultant will also provide electronic files of report text, mapping and hydraulic models. Deliverables: • Draft reports (5 hard copies) • Final reports (5 hard copies) • Electronic copy of final master plan report, final hydraulic model files delivered in appropriately sized flash drive or external hard drive • Meeting agenda and minutes TASK 11 —OPTIONAL SERVICES The following tasks will be conducted by the Consultant only upon direction from the City.
