TASK 11 - OPTIONAL SERVICES The following tasks will be conducted if requested and authorized by the City. [New] Task 11a – Model Information Requests (Optional) The Consultant will perform model runs or provide model information for specific studies or projects as requested by the City. A budget equivalent to an approximate level of effort of 32 hours is included for these requests. [New] Task 11b – Model Training (Optional) The Consultant will prepare for and provide up to 4 hours of training for City staff on the use of the InfoWorks ICM Viewer software to access and view the Master Plan model. The Consultant will coordinate with City staff prior to the training to identify and address the relative modeling and/or GIS experience of City staff participating in the training, any issues/concerns with City operation of the software, and any anticipated operational and planning questions to be answered. The Consultant will provide as-needed follow-on support up to the level of effort allowed by the budget for this subtask. [New] Task 11c – Re-organize Master Plan Report (Optional) The Consultant will revise the draft Sewer Master Plan report to extract sections, chapters, and appendices related to recommended capacity improvement projects, costs, and priorities. Instead, this information may be compiled in a separate document. If requested, the City will authorize this optional task before any work on Task 10a is initiated. The budget allocated for Task 11c is in addition to the budget for Task 10a. Deliverables: • Model information as requested. • Draft and Final document on Master Plan capacity improvement projects.
