<br />16. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT/MODIFICATIONS. No amendments or modifications in the <br /> <br />terms or provisions of this Agreement, shall be effective unless by express written <br /> <br />agreement signed by grantor and Montalvo. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />SEVERABILITY.
