<br />8. Assist Peninsula Partnership in gathering information to prepare progress report <br />and presentation for PCF's Distribution Committee <br />9. Provide an interim and final expenditure report for the project, detailing actual <br />expenditures versus budget. <br /> <br />City of Redwood City wi II: <br />1. Act as fiscal agent for this project. <br /> <br />The rights of all parties will be respected without regard to age, disability, marital <br />status, medical conditions, national origin, political or religious affiliation, color, <br />creed, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, or legal status. <br /> <br />Alteration/Variation of MOU <br />This MOU along with the Grant Agreement is entire and contains all of the terms <br />and conditions agreed upon by all of the parties. No alternation or variation shall <br />be valid unless made in writing and signed by all of the parties. No oral <br />understanding or agreement shall be binding.
