This includes re- establishment of the soldier
in the cemetery. On Saturday, the Pride and Beautification Committee volunteers
came to the cemetery as part of the clean -up process that the City of Redwood
City does each year and were amongst 70 people who came and assisted.
B. She presented a letter
from Genentech and a sample of the Redwood City Shuttle Survey. She explained
the survey process and the results.
Mike Stephenson, the Alliance Programs Manager, provided suggestions for a
shuttle program based on the survey results.
Council asked various questions related to the survey and made comments
related to the distinction between the commute and community needs. Principles
should include that there be only a modest City contribution towards the cost of
service, a high degree of leveraging of money, that the program be sustainable
and change with the community's needs.
JOINT CITY COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APRIL 24, 2006
MEETING MINUTES PAGE 11
MINUTE BOOK NO. 61
Page No. 160
