The motion <br /> passed by a unanimous voice vote by those present with Council Member <br /> Aguirre and Vice Mayor Foust absent. <br /> MINUTE ORDER 06-119 <br />***************************************************************************************************************************** <br />7. STAFF REPORTS <br />A. Redwood City 2020 - Youth Outcomes After-School Program Evaluation <br /> Parks, Recreation & Community Services Superintendent Beth and Redwood City <br /> 2020 Executive Director Shah provided Council with an update on efforts to <br /> support improved academic, social and life skills for economically disadvantaged <br /> students through After School Programming. <br /> Council thanked staff and acknowledged the partnerships that have focused on <br /> academic success and the priority of youth and education. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> No action required. <br />B. EI Camino Real Community Mobility Improvement Study: Workshop #3 <br /> Redevelopment, Housing & Economic Development Manager Moeller introduced <br /> Economic Development Specialist Young who explained the project.
