<br />(d) <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision of the Existing Development <br /> <br />Regulations to the contrary, the Existing Approvals, including the Planned <br /> <br />Development Permit and the Vesting Tentative Map, will not expire during the <br /> <br />term of this Agreement and, except as provided in this Agreement, City shall not <br /> <br />modify or revoke the Existing Approvals without the prior written consent of <br /> <br />Flatirons. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Within the Zones, and notwithstanding anything in Exhibit H to the <br /> <br />contrary, Flatirons may modify the density and intensity of uses, square footage of <br /> <br />GBFA, and the height and location of buildings in the Project without further <br /> <br />Approvals or a subsequent or supplemental environmental impact report or <br /> <br />negative declaration, subject to the restrictions in subsections (c) and (f) of this <br /> <br /> <br />. Section 4, in Sections 7 and 15, and in the following table: <br /> <br /> <br />1 250,000 375,000** 5 8 130 ft. <br />2 100,000 225,000 4 8 130 ft. <br />3 200,000 350,000 5 8 130 ft. <br />4 100,000 175,000 4 8 130 ft. <br /> <br />* The total in this column exceeds 1,000,000 square feet. However, the square footage of GBFA in Zones 1 - 4 <br />is limited to a maximum of 1,000,000 square feet.
