<br />funds for any purpose until Flatirons is fully reimbursed for the cost of the Flatirons <br /> <br />Facilities. Any interest, dividends, or income earned on those funds may be used by <br /> <br />City or City through District for any lawful District purpose. <br /> <br />(j) <br /> <br />Flatirons has no obligation to widen any portion of Redwood Shores <br /> <br />Parkway at any time, and that widening, if any, shall be solely the responsibility of <br /> <br />City or City through District. City may require Flatirons to dedicate or offer for <br /> <br />dedication no more than the minimum necessary right-of-way adequate to provide <br /> <br />left and right turn lanes into the Project as well as one through lane in accordance <br /> <br />with the recommendations of the traffic study prepared by Fehr & Peers dated <br /> <br />November 15, 1995 and the traffic study prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk dated <br />February 16, 1995 for development of the Project on the Property. The width of that <br /> <br />to the existing westerly right-of-way line of Redwood Shores Parkway. <br /> <br /> <br />right-of-way is limited to a maximum of 36 feet at any point adjacent to and parallel <br /> <br />(k) <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Building <br /> <br />Regulations, or the Development Regulations, including without limiting the <br /> <br />foregoing, the Engineering Standards adopted by Redwood City Council Resolution <br /> <br />No. 11,662 on December 16, 1991, City shall allow Flatirons to develop engineering <br /> <br />design standards and construction standards, including without limitation, <br /> <br />standards pertaining to minimum pipe slopes and maximum elevation of the <br /> <br />hydraulic grade line, to be approved by the City Council of City at the time of <br /> <br />approval of the final subdivision map for the Property.
