<br />DV AGR0'3.rxJC <br />August 26, 1996 <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />(ii) <br /> <br />(iii) <br /> <br />(iv) <br /> <br />(v) <br /> <br />Pennit construction at any point on Lot 7 as shown on the <br /> <br />Vesting Tentative Map to be at elevation +101 (NGVD 1929 +100 <br /> <br />feet) but no lower; <br /> <br />Permit construction of the catch basin grates at appropriate <br /> <br />points on the Property to be at elevation +101.5 (NGVD 1929 <br />+ 100 feet) but no lower; <br /> <br />Permit construction of the catch basin gutters within the <br /> <br />right-of-way for the Shoreline Drive extension at elevation <br /> <br />+102.5 (NGVD 1929 +100 feet); <br /> <br />Permit the connection of gravity storm drainage facilities from <br /> <br />the Property to the proposed storm drainage facilities to be <br /> <br /> <br />constructed within the Shoreline Drive extension; and <br /> <br />Provide that the design of the storm drainage facilities on the <br /> <br />Property is such that on the Property (except for Lot 7) during the <br /> <br />100-year storm event: <br /> <br />(A) <br /> <br />Ponding may reach but not at any time exceed 6 inches in <br /> <br />depth; <br /> <br />(B) <br /> <br />Ponding of any depth may remain for up to one hour but <br /> <br />no longer; and <br /> <br />(C) <br /> <br />No unreasonable hazard, as determined by City, is <br /> <br />presented to pedestrians. <br />/ <br /> <br />-20- <br />
