<br />(b) <br /> <br />Flatirons shall pay Facilities Fees ("Cumulative Total GBFA Payment") <br /> <br />for the following cumulative total square footage of GBFA ("Cumulative Total <br /> <br />GBFA") on or before the following dates if the square footage of GBFA included in <br /> <br />building permits issued by those dates plus the square footage of GBFA for which <br /> <br />any Advance Payments (as hereinafter defined) have been made under subsection <br /> <br />(c) by those dates have not reached a Cumulative Total GBFA sufficient for Flatirons <br /> <br />or its successors in interest to have paid Facilities Fees for that amount of <br /> <br />Cumulative Total GBFA by those dates: <br /> <br /> <br />375,000 square feet <br />525,000 square feet <br /> <br />January 1, 1997 <br />January 1, 2002 <br /> <br /> <br />. Includes square footage of any special purpose accessory structure included in a building permit. (See <br />definition of "GBFA," Exhibit A, "Definitions.") <br /> <br />The Cumulative Total GBFA Payment is calculated by subtracting the Cumulative <br /> <br />Total GBFA included in building permits that have been issued on or before the <br /> <br />date the Cumulative Total GBFA Payment is made, plus the square footage of GBFA <br /> <br />for which any Advance Payments (as hereinafter defined) have been made under <br /> <br />subsection (c) by that date, from the Cumulative Total GBFA in Column A; dividing <br /> <br />by 2,000; and multiplying the quotient by the Agreed Charge Rate for the fiscal year <br />of District in which the Cumulative Total GBFA Payment is made.
