Term <br />The term shall be for a one (1) year period from the date of the Effective Date of the contract. The <br />contract may be renewed for up to two (2) consecutive, two (2) year increments after the initial <br />contract period, at the discretion and approval of the City. The City shall notify the Contractor of the <br />intent to extend the contract. <br />B. Invoicing <br />Contractor will submit monthly invoices to: Public Works Services Department, Attn: Vijay Nand, <br />1400 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063.
