ATTYIAGR.2019.049fHDL Prime Business License & TOT Software <br />Agreement for Hdt Services Exhibit D —Reguirements <br />EXHIBIT D <br />The obligations of HdL set forth below represent the critical functionality that shall be delivered as part of the implementation of this <br />Agreement. In addition to an automated, online Business License Tax reporting and collection system addressed throughout this <br />Agreement, HdL shall deliver an automated, online enhanced Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) tracking and collection solution, <br />thereby eliminating the current labor intensive manual CITY process, and enabling CITY to work efficiently with the software to audit <br />the businesses to ensure that proper remittance is being recorded and paid to CITY. In addition, the solution will allow web -based <br />TOT payments. <br />The requirements contained within this section take precedence over any discrepancies within this document, as described in Section 6 <br />(Discrepancies) of the Agreement. <br />The following glossary defines the response codes for each requirement: <br />Y - Meets Requirement with current version of software with no customization required <br />N - Does Not Meet Requirement <br />F - Planned for future release <br />W/C - Workaround Proposed or Customization Needed to Meet Requirement <br />T - Third -Party Solution to Meet Requirement <br />User Interface Provides a browser -based user interface <br />Core user interface uses a desktop .NET Ul. <br />Customer and staff portals utilize a browser - <br />based user interface.
