(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on June 10, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur and Reddy <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 with HdL for business license tax and TOT software and services in the amount of $3,800 <br />for two additional software licenses required, and authorize the City Manager to amend the <br />agreement for an additional $1,900 in the event a third additional license is required, for a <br />total amount of $63,500. <br />Motion passes 6-0 by electronic vote with Mayor Bain absent. <br />9�d i07�) <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
