(see attached map Arguello & <br />Brewster) <br />The Arts & Crafts Fair and Festival <br />The annual Arts and Crafts Festival will be held between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Festival may include: <br />An stage and seating area for live entertainment. <br />A concert provided by college bands that participated in the parade. <br />A demonstration of antique fire fighting equipment. <br />InJonnation booths provided by parade sponsors and contributors. <br />The sale of hand-crafted items offered by vendors selected by an independent coordinator. <br />The sale of food and beverages offered by a combination of selected commercial vendors and local <br />community service organizations. All sales of food and beverages will subject to prior approval and a <br />permit issued by the County Health Department. No sale or distribution of any merchandise, food, <br />beverages, or other items will be conducted without prior written approval of the PCA. <br />The Festival Area is defined to include the following streets: (see attached 2006 Event map) <br />Jefferson Ave. from Veterans Blvd. to Marshall St. <br />Bradford S1. from Main St. to County Center. <br />Middlefield from Veterans Blvd. to Marshall St. <br />Counter Center from Middlefield to Marshall St. <br />Festival Area - no tbru tramc and no parking <br />(6:00 PM Monday, July 3 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 4) <br />County Center from Marshall S1. to Middlefield <br />Middlefield Rd. from Veterans Blvd. to Marshal St. <br />Bradford 81. from Main S1. to County Center <br />Festival Area - no thru traffic and no parking <br />(Tuesday, July 4 from 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM) <br />Jefferson Ave. from Veterans Blvd. to Marshall St. <br />City Services Reauested (by Department) <br />Parks and Recreation: <br />1.
