Specific locations and quantities of sandbags <br /> requested will be provided by the PCA. <br /> (h) Use of parking structure on Marshall Street for Handicap and Vendor <br /> parking on Tuesday, July 4 and the use of the City Parking lot at <br /> Winslow and Hamilton from 6:00 PM Monday, July 3 until 8:00 PM <br /> Tuesday, July 4. <br /> (i) Use of the previous trial media parking area off Main from 6:00 PM <br /> Monday, July 3 until 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 4. <br /> 0) Hang street banner on cable across Broadway by June 5, 2006. <br />Police Department: <br /> (a) Crowd and traffic control throughout the event <br />11.
