WHEREAS, the Developer has deposited with the City of Redwood City <br />the estimated fees and costs to be incurred pursuant to said agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, Fehr & Associates, Inc., of San Jose, California, represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services — Traffic Study /Environmental Analysis for 600 Bair Island Road" (form <br />dated 05/25/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Fehr & Peers Associates, Inc. of <br />Lafayette, California, for the performance of the above - mentioned services, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br />Reso -903 2 <br />F: \sha redVedwood \council <br />DES:djk 13938 <br />05/25/00 <br />
