The intent of this Affirmative Marketing <br />Plan is to specifically provide conditions for the marketing of those units required <br />under Section 504 and HOME and to give Redwood City residents preference for <br />the units assisted with federal funding. <br /> <br />The Developer shall provide further guidelines for City review regarding <br />screening of applicants including conditions of accepting and denying <br />appliætions, regulating overcrowding, recruiting and selection of a management <br />entity to ærry out this process and other eligibility selection criteria as required by <br />the Development and Disposition Agreement. <br /> <br />Developer shall include as part of its marketing efforts, outreach to homeless and <br />at-risk of being homeless households transitioning through one of the various <br />homeless and self sufficiency assistance programs operating in the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />.. ........_.~-_......_-- <br />
