6.A. - Page 8 of 9 <br />Impact Assessment (TIA) report. Hexagon will respond to editorial comments on <br />the draft and prepare a Final TIA report. <br />11.Traffic Calming Measures: Hexagon will analyze the following four off-site <br />locations for implementing traffic calming measures: <br />• Valota Road/ Vera Avenue- Install traffic circle <br />• Hudson Street/ Madison Avenue- Expand existing traffic circle <br />• Valota Road/ Madison Avenue- Install island and curb extensions <br />• Madison Avenue/ Myrtle Street- Install mini traffic circle <br />12. Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan: Hexagon will prepare a TDM <br />plan for the project designed to reduce trip generation and parking demand. The <br />TDM plan will include measures appropriate for the site to reduce single - <br />occupant vehicle trips. <br />13.Vehicle Miles Travelled (VMT) Analysis: Using data available from the <br />Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) or other sources, Hexagon will <br />describe the impact of the project on VMT in Redwood City. If necessary, <br />Hexagon will discuss how the project's TDM plan would reduce the VMT. <br />Greenhouse Gas Emissions Modeling <br />In addition to the above Services, Consultant shall perform a quantitative analysis of the <br />project's emissions in the context of the State's 2030 GHG emissions target, through its <br />sub consultant as follows: <br />. Illingworth and Rodkin, an engineering consulting firm, will complete GHG emissions <br />modeling for the proposed project. The project's emissions will be calculated and <br />compared to the State's 2030 GHG emissions target. <br />Consultant Labor <br />Extensive revisions to the EIR will be required to update the document to reflect the <br />modifications to the project and changes in the regulatory setting. Additional analysis <br />will also be needed for the new project components (i.e., daycare facility and traffic <br />calming measures). Consultant labor will also be required to manage subconsultants as <br />they complete the additional work related to traffic, GHG emissions, and hazardous <br />materials as described above.
