<br />The estimated cost of the additional work on a time and materials basis is $71,655. In
<br />addition, upon written authorization from the City's Planning Manager, Consultant may
<br />be authorized up to an addition $10,000 for unanticipated future costs, should they
<br />arise. Consultant will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently
<br />detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for a
<br />total amount not to exceed $81,655.
