By motion, approve the Parcel Map for lot merger at 707 Bradford Street <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with MP <br />Bradford Associates, L.P. <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with MP Bradford Associates, L.P. <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement with MP Bradford Associates, L.P. <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Creekside Trail Improvement <br />Agreement with MP Bradford Associates, L.P. <br />6. By motion, authorize the City Manager to make any minor, clarifying and conforming changes to the <br />agreements specified above as approved by the City Attorney <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Housing <br />BACKGROUND <br />On September 25, 2017, the City Council approved the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA) <br />with MidPen Housing for development of affordable housing, childcare center, and a publicly -accessible <br />creekside trail on three contiguous parcels owned by the City. The DDA established procedures and <br />standards for the conveyance of land and affordability restrictions for the development. The three parcels <br />are located on Bradford Street between Main Street and Jefferson Avenue, known as San Mateo County <br />Assessor's Parcel Nos. 052-372-200, 052-372-170, and 052-372-240.
