<br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />(g) <br /> <br />Install American Flags along the Parade Route immediately before the <br />Parade. On July 4, the flags are to be removed as soon as possible <br />after the Parade, to reduce the possibility of theft. We request public <br />works inventory existing flags and advise the PCA of the number on <br />hand. <br /> <br />Use of a Fire Hydrant for the Antique Fire Truck demonstration in the <br />Festival Area following the Parade on July 4. Deliver sandbags if <br />requested by PCA to divert water runoff from the Antique Fire Truck <br />demonstration. Specific locations and quantities of sandbags <br />requested will be provided by the PCA. <br /> <br />Use of parking structure on Marshall Street for Handicap and Vendor <br />parking on Tuesday, July 4 and the use of the City Parking lot at <br />Winslow and Hamilton from 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 3rd until 8:00 p.m. <br />Tuesday, July 4. <br /> <br />Police Department: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Police Boat patrols around the fireworks barge area within the safety <br />zone where fireworks will be launched. <br /> <br />Crowd and traffic control throughout the event. <br /> <br />11. The Permittee will Provide: <br /> <br />(a) <br />(b) <br /> <br />Adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the City. <br /> <br />Post "no parking" signs under the direction of the Police Department by <br />5:00 p.m. on July 1, 2006. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Permittee will contact all businesses affected by the street closures on <br />Seaport, Seaport Court, and connecting roadways with sufficient time to <br />allow for those businesses to accommodate the proposed street <br />closures. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Waste reduction activities shall be implemented to comply with California <br />State waste diversion mandate AB 939- The Integrated Waste <br />Management Act-to the extent feasible. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Notify all parade entries in writing and on Parade day that a separation <br />of 75 feet will be maintained between units at that intersection. <br /> <br />(f) <br /> <br />Parade entries will be stopped prior to crossing the intersection if there <br />is insufficient space between them and the proceeding unit to <br />completely pass through the intersection. <br />
