(emphasis <br />added) <br />The City's Staff Report also confirmed, "Disney Construction Inc. in turn has submitted a <br />notice of an error in their bid, and requested relief'. (see attached) Disney cannot attempt to <br />rewrite history and the City cannot ignore its admission in the record that Disney, did in fact, <br />"claim a mistake" and "request relief'.
