6.H. - Page 2 of 13 <br />Should alterations be required, any change to the race routes will be determined under the supervision <br />and approval of the Police Chief or his designee. A map is attached for reference in Attachment 1. <br />Members of the Sequoia Booster Club have completed an extensive notification process, including <br />gathering signatures from affected residents, and providing informational door hangers to affected <br />residents along the route. No objections have been received by staff. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Booster Club will pay for the services of Police Department personnel to control traffic between 7:00 <br />am and 11:00 am on the day of the event.
