6.A. - Page 14 of 22 EXHIBIT A: SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) 1.Objective 1.1. Summary This Statement of Work ("SOW") identifies services that OpenGov, Inc. ("OpenGov") will perform for Redwood City, CA ("Customer"). This SOW is subject to, and hereby incorporates by reference, the terms and conditions contained in this agreement (the "Agreement") to which it is attached between Customer and OpenGov. OpenGov will enable and support the Customer to deliver on the Scope of Work outlined below. The objective of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to define. the scope, activities, roles and responsibilities, and timeline necessary to successfully execute this deployment project. This project aims to implement the OpenGov Cloud for the Customer to enable effective and accountable governing. This SOW defines the scope and deliverables for a successful implementation of the OpenGov Cloud. 2. Scone 2.1. Project Scope OpenGov will provide Professional Services to implement the full OpenGov Cloud solution, which includes the Budget and Planning, Operational Performance, Citizen Engagement solutions and Custom Integrations to the Universe ERP System. 2.2. Deliverables Product Setup e 1 customer -specific chart of accounts e Standard Financial Reports (Annual, Budget to Actuals, Balance Sheet, and Transactions) e Non-financial reports e Up to 10 years of data e Standard saved views e KPI conceptualizing sessions e Dashboards with Government Expert guidance Training a Administrator Training e Up to 3 training sessions for Customer staff responsible for this function. 1.
