6.D. - Page 19 of 27 <br />• Traffic operational analysis results <br />• Advanced drawings and figures <br />• Outreach summary <br />• Permitting considerations <br />• Schedule <br />Task 5 Deliverables: <br />• 15% design of preferred alternative <br />• Preferred project alternative summary report (Draft and Final) <br />TASK 6:65% DESIGN AND ESTIMATES <br />Following the selection of the preferred alternative for the Jefferson/Cleveland <br />intersection, Consultant shall begin work on the design documents. Considering the <br />input from City staff and community members, Consultant shall advance the 15% <br />Concept Plan Layout through Final Design with 65%, 90%, and 100% (Final) document <br />deliverables and reviews. <br />A SWPPP is not anticipated based on the project extents. However, temporary <br />stormwater pollution controls will be provided in the plan set. <br />Task 6.1: Topographic Survey and Mapping <br />Consultant shall prepare topographic mapping of the project area and for conforms in all <br />directions. The topographic survey of the project area shall be at a scale of 1" = 20'. The <br />survey shall show the location of existing trees, structures, walkways, fences, adjacent <br />roadways, and utility information within the project areas. Contours shall be shown at <br />one -foot intervals or as appropriate to clearly define the slopes. Spot. elevations <br />collected by ground surveys, including finish floor elevations, shall be shown to an <br />accuracy of 0.01' (one hundredth) of a foot. <br />The location of utility vaults, manholes, catch basins, and invert information of storm <br />and sanitary sewers shall be shown based upon a field survey. The location of <br />underground utilities lines such as gas, water, electric, and any onsite utilities shall be <br />shown based upon available City records. <br />Horizontal datum shall be based on the California Coordinate System, NAD83, Zone 3 <br />and the vertical datum shall be based upon NAVD88. Mapping of existing utilities shall <br />include utilities that are visible and accessible from ground level. Dipping storm drain <br />manholes and catch basins (as needed) for inverts. <br />In addition to the above the location of the public right or way limits shall be delineated <br />based on publicly available records.
