6.D. - Page 20 of 27 Task 6.2: Utility Research Consultant shall research subsurface utilities in the project extents and incorporate utility agencies' record drawings of underground utility information into the survey mapping. Where applicable, Consultant shall note storm drain and sanitary sewer manholes, as well as underground pipes with pipe sizes, inverts, and direction. Consultant shall provide up to one-half (0.5) days of mechanical utility locating to supplement the utility information obtained from agency records. Consultant shall compile available record utility information, drawings, maps, and third - party utility agency information and include it with mapping. Consultant shall use this information to work with the utility providers on any utility relocations. Task 6.3:65% Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) Consultant shall further develop the plans and documents for the 65% submittal as described below. The following are the plan sheets that shall be developed as part of the 65% submittal and shall be refined as part of the 90% and final 100% submittals. Note: City will process the environmental clearance for this project prior to the start of this task. Title Sheet The Draft Title Sheet shall be prepared using the City's template and shall include an inset map to show the location of the project within the City. It will also include a list of the anticipated plan sheets as well as standards and benchmark references. General Notes Abbreviations, symbols and general construction notes and other relevant data shall be shown on this sheet. Demolition Plans These sheets shall identify vegetation, hardscape, and structural elements (if any) to be removed. Plans may also show underground and overhead utilities such as sewer, water, electrical, gas, and telecom to be relocated or adjusted to grade.
