<br />c) <br /> <br />Be in the minimum limits of $1,000,000 for personal injuries to, <br /> <br />or death of, anyone person, $1,000,000 for personal injury or death arising out <br /> <br />of anyone occurrence, and property damage limits of not less than $1,000,000 <br /> <br />arising out of anyone occurrence; <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Provide that City must receive an unconditional notice in <br /> <br />writing 30 days in advance of an insurer's intention to cancel or materially to <br /> <br />change the terms of the policies given to City; <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Contain the standard form of cross liability or severability of <br /> <br />interest endorsement if that Insurance covers Owner or any other entity or <br /> <br />person in addition to City; and <br /> <br />f) <br /> <br />Specifically insure any contractual liability assumed by Owner <br /> <br />under the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the <br /> <br />provisions of Paragraph 1 above. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />MONUMENTS. All pipes and monuments shown on the Subdivision <br /> <br />Map which are destroyed or displaced during grading or construction operations <br /> <br />must be replaced by Owner by the time of the final inspection of the Improvements <br /> <br />by City. <br />6. <br /> <br />OWNERSHIP OF IMPROVEMENTS. Title and ownership of the <br /> <br />Improvements and Related Work vests absolutely in City upon completion and <br /> <br />acceptance of the Improvements by City. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />WORK SUBJECT TO APPROV AL. The Grading, Improvements, and <br /> <br />Related Work are subject to the. approval and acceptance by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
