Don Davis stated concem for quelling fears based on supposition and asked that Council <br /> have the courage to to what is right for the youth in the community. <br /> <br /> PReS Director Centeno responded to questions and statements. She stated that the closest <br /> residence to the location was 230 feet and responded to the liability issues. <br /> <br /> Council comments included that there be reasonable hours of operation, the current fields <br /> are a concern and the issues regarding liability be addressed as well as the neighbors <br /> concerns. <br /> <br /> M/S Claire/Howard to support the Parks and Recreation Commission recommendation to <br /> located a Skate Park in Red Morton Park, but review sites 2 and 3, do design development <br /> on site 3 and bring back for consideration.
