<br />DES:djJr 12/05/97 <br /> <br />(019/72) <br /> <br />(including the dedication of easements contained therein) <br /> <br />for the <br /> <br />subdivision, and in accordance with the conditions of approval of <br /> <br />the tentative map for the subdivision, the parties hereto agree <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall, <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />Owner's <br /> <br />own <br /> <br />cost <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />expense, <br /> <br />construct <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />("Improvements") , <br /> <br />furnish <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />materials, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />do <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />work <br /> <br />hereinafter <br /> <br />described, <br /> <br />in accordance with, and as provided for in the plans <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Brian <br /> <br />Kangas <br /> <br />Foulk, <br /> <br />Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Improvement Plans - Gossamer Village - Unit No. <br /> <br />2", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />accordance with <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />provided <br /> <br />for, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br /> <br />Civil/Landscape/Irrigation <br /> <br />Improvements", <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />well <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />revised specifications entitled, <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards for the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City", adopted February 24, 1997, which plans and <br /> <br />specification <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Manager, <br /> <br />Engineering and Construction. <br /> <br />Said Improvements <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />also be <br /> <br />constructed in strict compliance with the provisions of Chapter <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Code <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />regulations of said City. <br /> <br />To the extent that a conflict exists <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />Chapter <br /> <br />30 <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter <br /> <br />standard <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />govern. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />complete <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Improvements, <br /> <br />subject <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />time <br /> <br />extensions <br /> <br />allowable <br /> <br />under <br /> <br />paragraph 11, <br /> <br />on or be fore December 18, <br /> <br />1999. <br /> <br />The Improvements <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />include, <br /> <br />but are not necessarily limited to, <br /> <br />all of the <br /> <br />following: <br /> <br />2 <br />
