<br />( a) <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />( d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />( j ) <br /> <br />( k) <br />(1) <br /> <br />DES:djJ- 12/05/97 <br /> <br />(019/72) <br /> <br />grading, paving <br /> <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system, complete <br /> <br />water system, complete <br /> <br />storm drainage system, complete <br /> <br />street lighting system, complete <br /> <br />street monuments, street trees <br /> <br />street barricades and redwood headerboards <br /> <br />soundwalls <br /> <br />landscaping and irrigation <br />including common areas <br /> <br />system <br /> <br />complete, <br /> <br />joint utility trenching <br /> <br /> <br />all improvements described as conditions of <br />Planned Development Permit No. 10304-7, heretofore <br />issued for said subdivision, <br /> <br />mentioned <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications, <br /> <br />of permits <br /> <br />construction, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />appurtenances <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Engineering <br /> <br />improvements necessary as reasonably determined by the Manager, <br /> <br />improvements, <br /> <br />subdivision. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Construction <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />complete <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />aforementioned <br /> <br />both <br /> <br />within <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />outside <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall, <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />before <br /> <br />SECURITY. <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />release <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />final map by City for recordation, furnish to City and file with <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />bond <br /> <br />deposit <br /> <br />securing <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />faithful <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />performance by Owner of all work and the construction of the <br /> <br />specified. <br /> <br />Improvements mentioned in this agreement within the time herein <br /> <br />security <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />amount of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />One Million <br /> <br />Five Hundred Eighty Thousand and No/I00 Dollars ($1,580,000.00). <br /> <br />3 <br />
