Box 391 <br />Redwood City, California 94064 <br />Telephone (650) 780-7234 <br />FAX # 780-0128 <br /> <br />June 17, 1998 <br /> <br />Mr. Michael Wilmar <br />Nossaman, Guthner, Knox & Elliott <br />50 California Street, 34th Floor <br />San Francisco, Ca. 94111 <br /> <br />Dear Mike: <br /> <br />This letter constitutes the amendments to Planned Development Pennit 10307-5 approved by the <br />Redwood City Planning Commission on June 2, 1998. <br /> <br />On June 2, 1998, the Redwood City Planning Commission reviewed the application of Flatirons <br />Funding, Limited Partnership, to amend a previously approved Planned Development Pennit and <br />Development Agreement at 209 Redwood Shores Parkway (Electronic Arts Office Campus). <br /> <br />Specifically, the Planning Commission reviewed the following items: <br /> <br />a) Adjust the boundaries of Lots 1 and 2 (Zones 4 and 2 under the Development Agreement), <br />and make other minor changes to the internal circulation shown in the approved <br />Development Master Plan so as to allow the relocation of two office buildings and one <br />parking structure approximately 100 feet southwesterly toward Redwood Shores Parkway. <br /> <br /> <br />Amendments to the Planned Development Pennit: <br /> <br />b) Adjust the boundaries of Common Area Lots A and B (common area walkways) so as to <br />confonn to the new boundaries of Lot 1 (Zone 4) and Lot 2 (Zone 2) <br /> <br />Amendments to the Development Agreement <br /> <br />a) Change Exhibits C, H, I, J, in the Development Agreement in order to reflect the changes <br />to the Planned Development Pennit <br /> <br />b) Modify Section 14 of the Development Agreement regarding sanitary sewerage <br />treatment capacity <br /> <br />I-'f <br /> <br />EQUAL OPPORTUNITY ¡EQUAL ACCESS PROGRAM <br />Dedicated to opening the doors of equal opportunity for all residents and users of Redwood City programs, services, and facilities <br />
