<br />c) Change the default provisions to Section 24 such that the default of one property owner <br />does not tenninate or affect the rights of any other under the Development Agreement <br /> <br />The Planning Commission unanimously approved the Amendments to the Planned Development Pennit, <br />and recommended approval of the amendments to the Development Agreement to the City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission also approved Resolutions 98-5 and 98- 6 which are incorporated into this <br />letter by reference. By so doing, the Planning Commission approved the requested amendments to <br />Planned Development Pennit PD 10307-5, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. All conditions of the previously approved Planned Development Pennit PD 10307-5, <br />as amended, and the Development Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force <br />and effect except as modified by these amendments. <br /> <br />2. The applicant shall submit a Parcel Map for review and approval by Community <br />Development Services.
