<br />DES:?'~ 06/10/97 (069/42) <br />J6/18/97R <br /> <br />befC'~:e acceptance of the improvement.s by City, Ot...¡ner shall <br /> <br />furnish to City and <br /> <br />file with <br /> <br />the City Clerk a bond or <br /> <br />deposi t securing the faithful performance by Owner of all <br /> <br />such maintenance work, in the amount of Six Hundred Fifty- <br />seven Thousand One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($657,100.00). <br /> <br />Said bond or deposit shall be effective for a period of one <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />year <br /> <br />after <br /> <br />acceptance of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />by City's <br /> <br />Council. <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by City for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />deposit <br /> <br />One <br /> <br />Hundred <br /> <br />Forty-nine <br /> <br />Thousand Three Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($149,300.00) for <br /> <br />plan checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field <br /> <br />testing, water supply, <br /> <br />and all other applicable fees and <br /> <br />payment of its services shall be returned to Owner. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br /> <br />charges. <br /> <br />Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for <br /> <br />understands and agrees that the amount of said d~posit is an <br /> <br />estimate and agrees to pay any additional amount for the <br /> <br />aforesaid services provided by City wi thin ten <br /> <br />(10) <br /> <br />days <br /> <br />after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by City for <br /> <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br />certificates <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />policies <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />public <br /> <br />liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br /> <br />above-described Agreement. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Improvement <br /> <br />Plans <br /> <br />Gossamer <br /> <br />Cove", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />.'Supplemental <br /> <br />Specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />Civil/Landscape/Irrigation <br /> <br />3 <br />
