<br />DES:d""- 06/10/97 (069/42) <br />,6/18/97R <br /> <br />Improvemerd:s" ¡ <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />w~]J <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City's <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December <br /> <br />16, <br /> <br />1991, <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />above-mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled" Agreement for Improvement of <br /> <br />Gossamer Cove", <br /> <br />(form dated 06/10/97), a copy of which Agreement <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City Clerk, <br /> <br />to which <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />All offers of dedication of easements shown upon the <br /> <br />herein described map are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />4 <br />
