<br />(b) <br />(C) <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />(e) <br /> <br />(f) <br />(g) <br /> <br />(h) <br /> <br />(i) <br /> <br />( j ) <br /> <br />(k) <br />(1) <br /> <br />DES:djJ<' 16/10/97 (017/72) <br />J6/18/97R <br /> <br />curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways <br /> <br />sanitary sewer system, complete <br /> <br />water system, complete <br /> <br />storm drainage system, complete <br /> <br />street lighting system, complete <br /> <br />street monuments, street trees <br /> <br />street barricades and redwood headerboards <br /> <br />soundwalls <br /> <br />landscaping and irrigation system complete, <br />including common areas, parkways between back of <br />curb and property line <br /> <br />joint utility trenching <br /> <br />all improvements described as conditions of <br />Planned Development Permit No. 10309-6, heretofore <br />issued for said subdivision, <br /> <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements, or construction required by or <br /> <br />mentioned <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />abovementioned <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />of permits <br /> <br />construction, <br /> <br />appurtenances <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />necessary <br /> <br />reasonably <br /> <br />determined <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer to complete the aforementioned improvements, both within <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />and outside of the abovementioned subdivision. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />SECURITY. <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall, <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />before <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />release <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />final map by City for recordation, furnish to City and file with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />faithful <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />bond <br /> <br />deposit <br /> <br />performance by Owner of all work and the construction of the <br /> <br />securing <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />Improvements mentioned in this agreement within the time herein <br /> <br />specified. <br /> <br />The amount of said security shall be Six Million Five <br /> <br />Hundred Seventy-one Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($6,571,000.00). <br /> <br />Owner shall likewise, before the release of said map, furnish and <br /> <br />3 <br />
