<br />~1'->rn .~ : <br /> <br />qTY{"'lf:~ <br />o.,:¡:::íY tlA \.L.. <br />P.D BoX 3"- <br />1020 MiODlEFIELtJ "úAD <br />REDWOOD CITY, CA 94064 , <br /> <br />DES:d~~ 02/04/97 <br /> <br />(063/42) <br /> <br />COpy <br /> <br />2/10/97 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />12993 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF <br />ELECTRONIC ARTS, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO <br />CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AUTHORIZING <br />ASSIGNMENT THEREOF; AND ACCEP~ING OFFER TO DEDICATE <br />EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />map <br /> <br />(including <br /> <br />dedication of easements described therein) entitled, "Electronic <br /> <br />Arts", prepared by Bohley Maley Associates, and the Improvement <br /> <br />Plans <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Bohley <br /> <br />Maley <br /> <br />Associates, <br /> <br />Consulting <br /> <br />Civil <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />consultants for Flatirons Funding, <br /> <br />L.P. , <br /> <br />a Delaware <br /> <br />corporation, <br /> <br />formerly <br /> <br />Leslie <br /> <br />Properties, <br /> <br />Inc. , <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />California <br /> <br /> <br />limited partnership, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />Shores, <br /> <br />Inc. <br /> <br />a California <br /> <br />corporation, formerly Oil Estates (Redwood Limited, a California <br /> <br />corporation) , <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owners <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />record <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />heretofore determined by the City Engineer as conforming to the <br /> <br />tentative map <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />subdivision, <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />approved <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />accepted <br /> <br />subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owner <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter <br /> <br />"Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) <br /> <br />of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, <br /> <br />entitled "Agreement for <br />
