<br />DES:d~~ 02/04/97 <br /> <br />(063/42) <br /> <br />Improvement <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Electronic <br /> <br />Arts", <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />01/31/97) <br /> <br />wherein Owner, in consideration for the approval of said map <br /> <br />by City, shall agree to construct and complete in the time <br /> <br />specified in said Agreement, <br /> <br />all improvements <br /> <br />required of <br /> <br />Owner under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations of <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />such <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />designated <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />mentioned in said Agreement. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Before the release of said final map by City for <br /> <br />recordation, Owner shall furnish to City and file with the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />a <br /> <br />bond <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />deposit <br /> <br />securing <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />faithful <br /> <br />performance of all work and construction of all improvements <br /> <br />designated or mentioned in said Agreement, within the time <br /> <br />shall also furnish to City and file with the City Clerk, a <br /> <br /> <br />therein specified, in the amount of One Million Nine Hundred <br /> <br />Forty Thousand and No/I00 Dollars ($1,940,000.00); and Owner <br /> <br />bond or deposit securing the payment of all bills for labor <br /> <br />and materials incurred in the construction of any and all <br /> <br />said improvements, and the doing of all other work therein <br /> <br />agreed to be dene by Owner 1 <br /> <br />in the amount of One Million <br /> <br />Nine <br /> <br />Hundred <br /> <br />Forty <br /> <br />Thousand <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />No/I00 <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($1,940,000.00) . <br /> <br />Owner <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />have <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />complete <br /> <br />"as <br /> <br />buil t" plans for said improvements prior to the release of <br /> <br />said bond or deposit. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Before the release of said improvement bonds by <br /> <br />City, Owner shall undertake to guarantee for one <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />year <br /> <br />2 <br />
